Listen. 

The last thing anyone needs is another straight white guy telling them what to do. 

But since I’m afforded privileges that aren’t shared by most of the population, my goal is to use those privileges to be an ally to all those marginalized.

And I don’t want to be just an ally; I want to be an accomplice, to stand beside my friends and fight for their fundamental human rights. 

I endeavor to work with people worldwide and from every background, as I know every human being brings a unique perspective and experience.

I vow to partner with and celebrate all – regardless of age, gender, biological sex, skin color, heritage, nation of birth, religious affiliation, extraordinary ability, or disability.

Heck, I will even work with someone who believes the world is flat!  But not people or companies who promote hatred, discrimination, or violence.

Because we CANNOT let hate win!
